Warranty Policy
At Elfi, we guarantee our products from the date of sale, provided that the terms of the guarantee policy mentioned below are met:
Watch warranty: 3 years
Bag warranty: 2 years
Accessories warranty: 1 year
1 - Acceptance of the guarantee requires the availability of the order number mentioned in the order completion letter or invoice.
2- The warranty for products sold from the Elfie website covers all manufacturing defects.
3 - The warranty does not cover watches or products in case of misuse, for example (deliberate cutting, scratching or breakage), and the warranty is void.
4 - The warranty for watches sold from the Elfi website covers all manufacturing defects, for example (water ingress, machine malfunction, or discoloration).
5 - If the customer wishes to return the product purchased using the compensation code, the shipping cost will be borne when ordering a second time with the new code.
6 - The damaged product must be available to benefit from the warranty service, and Alfi has the right to retrieve the damaged product from the customer to examine its quality. If the damaged product is not available, the warranty is void.
7 - The customer is not entitled to claim a refund of the product's value in cash or part thereof in the event of compensation for the damaged product. After the refund period has expired, the terms of the warranty or maintenance stipulated in the policy shall apply in this case.
8 - The warranty applies to the same type of damaged product. If the same product is not available, the customer has the right to choose another product of the same value and type. If a product of a higher value than the damaged product is chosen, the customer is required to pay the difference.
9 - Elfie does not guarantee its products sold from sites other than the official site, but maintenance service is provided in this case and the customer bears the maintenance fees.
10 - The guarantee does not apply to gifts provided by the Elfie website to customers, for example (raffle prizes or free products distributed on the site).
11 - The warranty for products purchased from the site is valid only through the website and with the availability of the order number.
12- The establishment's policy and the terms and conditions shown on the website apply and must be reviewed before any purchase is made by customers.
